Duet is a drama about the complex relationship between a psychiatrist and her patient, an intelligent but disturbed man who was found sitting in a darkened room listening over and over to songs from old musicals.

Unexpected shifts occur in the balance of power between the two main characters, and issues of family, gender, business and doctor-patient relationships are explored, affecting both characters, as the doctor finally – and dramatically – discovers the true nature of her patient’s problems.
